control suite provides
tools to facilitate the efficient and disciplined processing of data within a
secure & transparent environment. 42™ is task-based, ensuring that users are
automatically presented with daily tasks within an intuitive user workbench.
Each user is defined a set of roles providing the framework for the definition
of user rights, password controls, and segregation of duties.
workflow manager
supports true end-to-end straight through processing. You design workflows to
suit your needs, and the system enforces a disciplined approach to operational
excellence. Workflow manager monitors all tasks throughout the life of a
contract, and provides warnings to nominated users once the defined elapsed
time for completing time-critical functions has been exceeded.
customer manager
enables you to store, manage, and analyze up to date records of customer
details. These can be sourced from or transferred to your enterprise-wide
Customer Relationship Management systems. Credit Bureau information can be
sourced and stored for credit scoring and analysis. Custom fields enable you to
store detailed information, ensuring effective customer management and a
proactive approach to service. 42™ is web-based, providing you with a low-cost
way to establish and maintain direct relationships with all your customers in
any location.
reporting suite
provides powerful reporting & enquiry tools for accessibility of information
and data transparency. A “point and click” approach allows reports to be
designed by end users on-line, using 42’s drilldown and pivot table functions.
Reports can be produced in multiple formats including hard copy, web,
on-screen, graphical, and board presentable. An holistic approach to data
analysis is achieved through the system’s open architecture and seamless
integration with third-party software/desktop products.
cash manager provides
a range of liquidity management, collections, and reconciliation tools allowing
you to actively track and manage your cash on a daily basis, but also providing
a high degree of business visibility over broader time frames.
accounting suite
is 42’s multi-currency, multi-ledger accounting function for lease and loan
accounting. An intuitive set of defaulting rules enable you to automatically
produce journals at contract save time. 42™ allows you to meet local and
international accounting standards through the use of the XBRL reporting
standard, user-defined chart of accounts, and multi-method posting rules.
integration suite
supports both internal and external relationships with your business through
the secure and effective integration of information. Standards including Web
Services, XML, and .NET APIs are used to ensure that data can be shared in
real-time with your banks or clearing houses, Treasury, Group Finance, and
other partners.
risk management
in 42™ delivers clear and flexible presentation of high quality data, providing
you with tools to analyze a wide variety of performance measures in real-time.
Indicators include residual value risk, credit, and profitability analyses. The
system empowers you to project residual value contingencies and model what-if
scenarios on performance critical data.
